Americans in Sweden
The financial situation for Americans living abroad is more complex and difficult to understand as you are part of different pension systems, different tax systems and you also face a currency risk that may have a significant impact on your pension and savings. Fredrik Lanner of Real Finans och Försäkring has experience from both systems as he lived in the U.S. for 13 years. In the U.S., he worked for Fidelity Investments, US Bank and within investment banking to gain valuable experience handling Americans’ financial planning in Sweden.
